My husband and I were potentially in the market for a new car, but had not made up our minds yet. We drove into many dealerships, only to have throngs of sales people standing right in the parking lot, waiting to pounce on us. A horrible experience! Then when we went to Right Toyota. We actually went into the showroom via the back door, and once inside, we met Shayne. Right from the beginning, we could tell he was not the hard selling, pushy sales person. In his sincere, honest, friendly manner, he listened intently to what we might be interested in, answered our many questions, and asked if we would like to see a model that might fit our needs. Through the entire process, he never pressured us, answered every question we had, was extremely knowledgable, and got us the car we thought was a great deal for us. This was the best experience of buying a car we have ever had. We are a 2 car family, so we have bought a lot of cars over the last 50 years. This is exactly how car buying should be…honest, upfront, non-pushy, knowledgable sales people putting their customers into a car they love, for an honest price!!!
